SUMMER 2008 - last week still available:
Saturday 30th August at £2,750 for 1 week
Late Summer 2008: Saturday 6th September 2008 - Saturday 13th September 2008 at £2,500 for the week .
On confirmation we will require a deposit of 30% of the total rental value, balance payable no later than 8 weeks before departure. Arrivals between 2 pm and 6pm - Departures by 10 am to allow for changeover/cleaning. This property is constructed on a hillside with three levels of accommodation and terracing - with a grass garden on the lower floor.No Pets are permitted on the property at any time. No smoking is permitted inside the house at any time. The rental fee includes towels and all bed linen - there is a £25 per person per week charge for laundry and cleaning. Any extra services are provided by arrangement. These services are to be settled directly in Euros with the provider. Internet access is included.
Please email in the first instance to check availability and prices then we require a fully completed booking form indicating that you have read and understood the terms and conditions. You are required to advise us of all members of the party and their ages if under 18. The owners retain the right to refuse or cancel a booking without giving reason and that they may amend the terms at any time without notice.
