4th Feb – 30th March £3,500 per week
31st March – 13th April £4,250 per week (Easter Period)
14th April – 25th May £3,750 per week
26th May – 29th June ££4,750 per week
30th June – 31st August £6,250 per week
1st Sept – 28th Sept £4,750 per week
29th Sept – 26th Oct £3,750 per week
27th Oct – 22nd Dec £3,500 per week
On confirmation we will require a deposit of 30% of the total rental value, with the balance payable no later than 8 weeks before departure. Arrivals between 2 pm and 6pm – Departures by 09.30 am to allow for changeover/cleaning. This property is constructed on a hillside with three levels of luxury accommodation with an infinity pool and extensive terracing – with a grass garden on the lower floor. An integral lift makes the house suitable for those with walking disabilities. No Pets are permitted on the property at any time. No smoking is permitted inside the house at any time. The rental fee includes towels and all bed linen – there is a £50/60 Euros charge per person per week for laundry and cleaning.
Any extra services are provided by arrangement. These services are to be settled directly in Euros with the provider. Internet access is included.
Please email in the first instance to check availability and prices then we require a fully completed booking form indicating that you have read and understood the terms and conditions. You are required to advise us of all members of the party and their ages if under 18. The owners retain the right to refuse or cancel a booking without giving reason and that they may amend the terms at any time without notice.
