On confirmation we will require a deposit of 30% of the total rental value, with the balance payable no later than 8 weeks before departure. Arrivals between 2 pm and 6pm – Departures by 09.30 am to allow for changeover/cleaning. This property is constructed on a hillside with three levels of luxury accommodation with an infinity pool and extensive terracing – with a grass garden on the lower floor.  An integral lift makes the house suitable for those with walking disabilities.  No Pets are permitted on the property at any time. No smoking is permitted inside the house at any time. The rental fee includes towels and all bed linen – there is a £40/50 Euros charge per person per week for laundry and cleaning.

Any extra services are provided by arrangement. These services are to be settled directly in Euros with the provider. Internet access is included.
