Guest Bedrooms and Cinema, TV and Games Lounge

This level includes a sprawling family room and four guest bedrooms. With their access to the portico, bedrooms #4 and 5 can be closed off from the others.

Each of the guest bedrooms has direct access – via floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, sliding mosquito screens and traditional wooden shutters – to the local stone arched portico area. This leads onto the grass lawn with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the islands off Hyeres.

Master Bedroom Level

The master bedroom level includes another terrace, providing views of the ocean and the distant islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros

The sliding glass doors of the master bedroom (as well as the other four bedrooms) are equipped with sliding mosquito screens.

Main Living Area

The Main Living area includes the infinity pool, and a lounge and dining room with a wood fireplace
The Main Living Area, which is the middle level of the Villa Mathilde, includes the kitchen, the dining room/lounge, and the billiards/snooker room. Outside are the extensive terraces and of course, the extraordinary Infinity Pool with a special teak deck and dedicated pool house with changing area wc and shower.
