But I have to say that I had the best New Year's Eve at Villa Mathilda. My wife organised for 10 of us to spend a week at your villa and it was just perfect. Entertaining facilities (preparation and dining) were exceptional and most days we took long walks using the tracks shown in your guidebook. There was so much to do, even in winter, that we ran out of time! Although I love the sunshine, the South of France is tranquil and charming at this time of year.
